Dimension:
Nose 11”-11 ½” Width 18”- 18 3/4” Tail 13 ¾”- 14 ¼”
Best Selling Sizes 5’8”-6’6”
Ideal Wave:
Waist high to overhead | | Shaper’s Comments:
This board is shaped with performance surfing in mind. The slightly fuller nose provides the surfer with
increased paddling speed resulting in better wave catching and a faster drop in. The bottom is a combination slight V and
double concave through the tail. This
bottom creates a loose and responsive board that doesn’t loose drive. Available
in an Rd squash, Rd pin, or swallow tail.

Cold Warrior Dimensions: Nose 12” Width 20” Tail 15”
Best Selling Sizes: 5’10”- 6’6”
Ideal Wave: Waist to slight overhead
| | Shaper's Comments:
The
Cold Warrior is an 80's inspired shape. It is modelied after one of my
favorite boards I had when I was a kid. This shape has a very full foil
and is between 2 3/4 and 3" thick. The extra float combined with the
flatter entry rocker allows this board to fly through flat sections. It
is nice to ride a board that does some of the work for you on weaker
waves. I ride a 6'4" at 180lbs and love it.

War Pig
Dimensions: Nose 13" Width 19 ½” - 20" Tail 15 – 15 ½”
Best Selling Sizes 5’8” to 6’1”
Ideal wave:
Knee high to slightly overhead.
| |
Shaper’s Comments:
The war pig was built to give the advantages of a fish
without loosing the feel of a shortboard.
The end result is a very well rounded board, which is capable of riding
small weak surf to overhead juice. If
you’re a contest surfer and need a weapon for small surf you need one of these
in you quiver. I added some nose over
the last few years which has added a lot to this shape. You should ride this board 2” to 4” shorter
than your shortboard.

Four Pig Dimensions: Nose 13" Width 19 ½” - 20" Tail 15 – 15 ½”
Best Selling Sizes 5’8” to 6’6”
Ideal wave: Knee high to slightly overhead.
|
|
Shaper’s Comments:
The Four Pig is the quad version of the War Pig. The revised outline of the War Pig was prefect
for being adapted to a quad. The Four
Pig has all the same benefits as the War Pig with a tighter turning radius and
a quicker rail to rail feel. A very well
rounded board capable of riding small weak surf to overhead juice. I’m surprised at the size surf people are
pushing these boards in. Built to give
the advantages of a fish without loosing the feel of a shortboard, the Four Pig is a great grovel board for
small contest surf. You should ride
this board 2” to 4” shorter than your shortboard.

Tombstone I Dimensions: Nose 17” Width 21 1/2” Tail 16”
Best selling sizes: 5’8” to 6’2”, 6’8” to 6’10”
Ideal wave: Knee high to head high surf | | Shaper's Comments:
The
tombstone was designed to get you off the couch and into the water when
the surf is small and weak. Best suited for head high and under, I have
found people are really pushing the limits on this shape and still
having fun. The board is setup with 5 1/4 twin fins with a 3 1/2"
stabilizer. In very weak surf, it can be ridden as a straight twin fin
or change the trailer to a full size fin for larger, more powerful
surf. You should ride this board 3" to 6" smaller than your shortboard.
Please keep in mind this board is made to float, so if you go too small
you will lose many of its advantages in small surf. |
Tombstone II Dimensions: Nose 17¼” Width 21¼” Tail 16” Best selling sizes: 5'10" - 6'6" Trends are going larger.
Ideal wave: Knee high to head high surf | |
Shaper’s comments:
The Tombstone II is based off the tombstone
template. Over the years people have
been asking if I could make the tombstone with a more pointed nose and as a
twin fin without the stabilizer, so I did.
I shifted the fin placement slightly back form the tombstone and I use a
more keel style fin to improve drive. Nowadays, I’m finding people are asking from the stabilizer to be added
back on the shape. This model may change
slightly while I make refinements. You should ride this
board 3” to 6” smaller than your shortboard.
Please keep in mind this boards is made to work best with float, so if
you go to small you will loose many advantages in small surf.

Magic Egg
DImensions: Nose 16" Width 20" Tail 15"
Best Selling SIzes: 5'10"-6'10"
Ideal Wave: Waist to head high, overhead if you want to push it.
| | Shaper's Comments:
I
designed this board in the winter of 2000 and it quickly attracted
attention. The Magic Egg was designed as a fish alternative. There are
a lot of surfers that want a board for smaller weaker waves but do not
want the squirrllyness of a fish. The Magic Egg satisfies this need
plus several others. The shape works well in most conditions, that's
why it is the Magic Egg. Another nice feature of this shape is that it
is well accepted by experienced surfers, beginners, men, women and kids. |

| Shaper's Comments:
This
board started out as a board I built for myself. Every time I let
somebody ride my board they would order one. It did not take me
long to realize I had a new model on my hands. The retro outline
with an updated bottom resulted in an unbelievably responsive
board. I ride mine as a 2+1 setup but I do make this board as a
straight single fin. I use either a 7" Wingnut cutaway or an 8.5
True Ames L-flex with sidebites.
